We wanted to let you know that ChamberForge Help Desk is now live. If you are experiencing any issues with ChamberForge, would like to request new features, or just have some questions about the tool, you can use the Help Desk to create a ticket. This will allow us to follow up and track on all the issues and update status as issues are resolved. You will get notifications via email when the status of your ticket changes.
You can get to the Help Desk by logging onto ChamberForge app from desktop and clicking on “Open a Ticket” from the upper right menus.

And when you log into the Help Desk, this is what it looks like:

Please fill out all the fields including category and priority and provide as much details as possible in the message section. Upon opening a ticket, our staff will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
I built ChamberForge in 2017 when I helped launch a referral networking group at a local chamber of commerce in Virginia. I realized at the time that the referral activity data can be stored in a database to drive insights about how our group is doing and what we can do as a group to help each other.
Our mission at ChamberForge is to help business networking groups and small businesses be successful through referral sharing by making it easy to share and track referrals with each other.
